Q: How'd ya get into hockey anyway?
A: Growing up, my dad was a big ice hockey fan. I've always wanted to play my whole life, but growing up in California, you don't get much of an opportunity to play. With the Sharks coming to the Bay Area and subsequently adult hockey growing, I started playing and now it is the most enjoyable thing I do.

Q: How long have you been playing ice hockey?
A: I didn't start playing ice hockey until I was the age of 29, despite being born in Minnesota. I'm very thankful that I have started playing ... ice hockey is the greatest sport ever!

Q: Tell me about your experience with the Quakes.
A: With a diverse group like ours, a team can have their shares of ups and downs. But where our team is at now, this is probably one of the most enjoyable sporting teams I ever been on. This team means a lot to me and I look forward every week seeing everybody and playing some ice hockey ... what a great group of people!

Q: Favorite thing about playing with the Quakes?
A: Telling people that you play ice hockey because it's such a cool sport. I'm just waiting for a good stick to the face so I can have a cool scar to show off.

Q: Anything else you would like to share with us today?
A: I would like to give a big shot out to all my adoring fans. I'm glad everybody gets such great pleasure from witnessing the "Marcus Magic", so I hear. Thanks for coming and cheering the team on!
